POSITION SUMMARY 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support finance related inquiries and perform root cause analysis to prevent future related issues  

  • Provide support to related business units and Sales team regarding finance-related inquiries  

  • Perform operational tasks such as PO management, vendor setup, etc.  

  • Be able to assist customers with their account set up  

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat in courteous, professional, and efficient manner  

  • Prioritize and multi-task efficiently with high volume tasks.  

  • Dependable, accurate, and consistent with the ability to solve problems independently  

  • Assist with completing internal projects and follow them through to completion  

  • Follow Standard Operating Protocol under guidance of supervisors  

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience required 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written are essential  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office  

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred  

  • Knowledge of POs, invoices, and finance processes (optional)  

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT 

  • Hybrid office hours – 4 days in office and 1 day remote 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. 

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
