  • STEP 1

    Are you eligible?

    If you're a regular full-time or part-time employee with one year of satisfactory performance in your current role, yes, you are eligible. There might be exceptions to the one-year requirement, evaluated case by case. Just remember, you should be in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement/Corrective Action Plan.

  • STEP 2

    Discover openings & apply

    All eligible positions at the Director level and below are posted on the Azenta Insight platform. Just search and apply! Please keep in mind that you need to notify your current manager before you apply.

  • STEP 3

    Interview

    Talent Acquisition (TA) will review your qualifications for the role. If your experience and background match the position requirements, your resume will be sent to the hiring manager. If you are selected for an interview, TA will set that up for you. TA, the hiring manager, and the interview team will review the feedback. If you are not chosen for the role, the hiring manager will give you feedback. Remember: you're still a valued team member, and other opportunities await.

    Again, keep in mind that throughout this process, your current manager will be notified.

  • STEP 4

    Offer process

    If you're selected for an internal role, congratulations! TA will initiate an offer in Workday. You will receive a verbal offer once all required authorizations are obtained. Once you accept, TA will provide you with a formal offer letter. Your current and new managers will work together to decide on a suitable transfer date, usually within 30 days of acceptance.

    Congratulations, you're all set to embark on your new role within Azenta! Remember, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Don’t hesitate to reach out to HR or your new manager if you need more guidance.

Yes, while most job openings are posted, there might be rare instances where a position isn't advertised. Again, Azenta strives to minimize such occasions. Please note that approval from Senior Management and Human Resources is required to not post certain openings.

Not being selected doesn't diminish your value at Azenta. Every step in your journey matters. There will be more opportunities, and your growth remains our priority.

Certainly. It is highly recommended to have a conversation with your current manager about your interest in a new position. You are required to notify your current manager before officially applying for a new role in Workday.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE

When your referred candidate becomes a regular, full-time or part-time Azenta employee, and successfully completes a fulfilling 3 months of work (with a minimum of 25 hours per week), you'll qualify for a referral bonus! It's our way of thanking you for your crucial role in enhancing our team.

Your referrals remain active for a whole year from the moment they're submitted to our dedicated TA team. If your candidate has been previously referred by another colleague, you can still earn credit if a year has passed since the initial referral.
