岗位职责:
   1.负责所在区域内的销售工作,完成公司制定的各项销售任务;
   2.搜集辖区内客户信息,开发新客户;
   3.定期拜访客户,建立、发展及维护重点客户关系;
   4.完成催款、收款,确保销售款项的回收,接受并协助处理客户投诉;
   5.配合市场部销售部做好所辖销售区域内的相关市场活动,收集市场信息并及时反馈给公司;
   6.制定工作计划,定期进行工作总结、完成相关销售报告。

任职资格:
   1. 本科及以上学历,分子生物学相关专业,具备1年以上医院客户开发经验,熟悉NGS测序或病毒包装知识者优先;
   2.踏实肯干,高执行力,拥有坚毅不轻易放弃的品质,处事灵活,成长型思维;
   3.具备熟练的协调沟通能力、客户服务意识和团队合作精神;
   4.工作积极主动,责任心强,思维敏捷,诚实可靠,并具有快速的学习能力;
   5.具有较强的执行力和责任心,能够配合团队做好相关人员的培训工作。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the sales work within the designated area and complete all sales tasks set by the company.
2. Collect customer information within the jurisdiction and develop new customers.
3. Regularly visit customers, establish, develop and maintain key customer relationships.
4. Complete the collection of overdue payments and ensure the recovery of sales proceeds. Accept and assist in handling customer complaints.
5. Cooperate with the Marketing Department and Sales Department to carry out relevant marketing activities within the sales area under jurisdiction, collect market information and promptly feedback it to the company.
6. Formulate work plans, conduct regular work summaries and complete relevant sales reports.

Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in molecular biology or related majors. With more than 1 year of experience in developing hospital customers. Those familiar with NGS sequencing or virus packaging knowledge will be given priority.
2. Down-to-earth, diligent, with high execution ability, possessing the quality of perseverance and not giving up easily, flexible in handling affairs, and having a growth mindset.
3. Proficient in coordination and communication skills, with a strong sense of customer service and team spirit.
4. Proactive in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, quick in thinking, honest and reliable, and with strong learning ability.
5. Strong in execution and responsibility, able to cooperate with the team to carry out relevant personnel training work.
