岗位职责：
1. 负责单细胞转录组、单细胞免疫组库或单细胞ATAC等生信分析工作；
2. 根据客户提出的需求，负责完成个性化分析；
3. 负责单细胞产品分析流程整合、迭代和优化等工作；
4. 负责单细胞多组学相关分析的研发和改进工作；
5. 完成其他NGS项目任务。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，生物、医学等相关专业，具备生物信息分析经验；
2. 具有2年以上10x单细胞数据分析或相关项目分析经验优先；
3. 熟悉Linux系统，至少掌握Perl、Python、R、C等编程语言中的一种；
4. 具备英文文献的独立阅读理解能力，能快速理解并掌握前沿的新兴分析方法；
5. 良好的沟通表达能力，具有团队协作精神，能承受工作压力。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for bioinformatics analysis work such as single-cell transcriptome, single-cell immune repertoire, or single-cell ATAC analysis.
2. According to the needs proposed by customers, be responsible for completing personalized analysis.
3. Be responsible for the integration, iteration, and optimization of the analysis processes of single-cell products.
4. Be responsible for the research, development, and improvement of single-cell multi-omics related analysis.
5. Complete other NGS project tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above in biology, medicine, or related majors, with experience in bioinformatics analysis.
2. Those with more than 2 years of experience in 10x single-cell data analysis or related project analysis will be given priority.
3. Be familiar with the Linux system and master at least one programming language among Perl, Python, R, C, etc.
4. Have the ability to independently read and understand English literature, and be able to quickly understand and master cutting-edge and emerging analysis methods.
5. Have good communication and expression skills, possess team spirit, and be able to withstand work pressure.
